Purpose: Used for giant OTR green tyre building.
Features:
1.Accurately put the band on the building drum by band expander and pulling ring.
2.Bead setting ring can expand and shrink in a radial direction, to satisfy the requirement of one type of tyre to use several kinds of bead diameters.
3.Bead setting ring and pulling ring are driven by hydraulic cylinder to realize axial movement.
4.The band expander and pulling ring can be set proper diameter based on each different diameter band.
5. With dynamic collapsing drum device, installed with brake bladder outside.
